Tower Preserve is ideally located in the Tower Oaks mixed-use community located at the intersection of Tower Oaks Boulevard and Wootton Parkway, in the City of Rockville, MD. It is within walking distance of two popular restaurants, Glenwood’s (formerly the Stanford Grill) and Clyde’s. It is also within a short drive to a Harris Teeter grocery store and Montgomery Mall. The project is also within a short drive to I-495, the Washington Beltway.

Tower Preserve is situated in a park-like setting, surrounded by mature hardwood trees permanently protected by a conservation easement. The project will consist of a total of 82 units, of which 69 will be market-rate units and 13 will be moderately priced dwelling units (“mpdu”). With floorplans ranging from approximately 1,220 SF to over 3,511 SF, this community will have a home size to fit your needs. All the market rate units shall come standard with a fourth-story loft and three bedrooms, but they can be upgraded with a fourth bedroom and/or an optional elevator.

At the center of the community, there will be an approximately 14,000-square foot community square.  All sidewalks within the community will connect to the community square. Townhomes will line this central open space, making it feel safe and inviting and creating a gathering space for residents.  The square will feature a lawn lined with trees and at its center a hardscaped area with benches. Alongside the square is an area planned for play equipment for children.
